The bill (Reg. No. 1427) suggests allowing hunting in areas of anthropogenic landscapes of biosphere reserves and in controlled recreation areas of national parks with the aim of selection, veterinary and sanitary expertise, and regulation of a number of game animals.

During the consideration of the bill, considerable remarks were voiced.
